Massage by Jess provides professional massage services, including mobile treatments and sessions in our Biggleswade treatment room. All services are carried out by trained and qualified therapists.

2. Appointments and Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
You will receive confirmation of your appointment once the booking is accepted.
Please provide accurate contact and health information so we can ensure a safe and suitable treatment.

3. Mobile Treatments

For mobile appointments, please ensure there is suitable space for the massage table and safe access to the property.
Travel fees may apply depending on location — this will be confirmed at the time of booking.
The therapist reserves the right to decline service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Health & Safety

Before your treatment, you may be asked to complete a short consultation form to highlight any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies.
It is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any changes to your health before each session.
Massage by Jess reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

5. Payments

Payments are accepted via the website booking system, bank transfer, or cash (where agreed).
Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or loss of deposit.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and only where appropriate.

7. Professional Conduct

All treatments provided are strictly non-sexual and any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future bookings.
Respectful behaviour toward the therapist and their equipment is expected at all times.

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for [insert number] months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
